Customer created twice

I have had an issue when creating a new client and I have something in the website field. It gives me an error and redirects to post.php.

Today I created a new client, got the same error, but this time I got two of the exact same client. Same information.

I renamed one of the two and it only updated the one. Just did a -2. I think it will be safe to archive the one I just renamed. I did not want to archive in case it archived both.

We should probably aim to fix this before getting into anything else.

Could you please share the relevant Apache/PHP error log (generally /var/log/apache2/error.log) generated when you create a client?

Also, how are you running ITFlow and how did you install?

Cannot get it to duplicate. Tried different things filling in different fields, etc.

hey @PatrickM make sure you have whois installed on your linux platform. Its possibly it may be failing when looking up the expire date for the domain.
