Confused about cron, is it working??

Hi.
my recurring invoices weren't sending and even though cron was enabled (settings/alerts) i released i hadn't set a cron on the server (i know, dumbass!)

when i turn on emails on the cron i get this: Cron <8c16d9e5e4@cron10> /usr/bin/timeout --signal=TERM 10m wget -q -O - "https://site-address/itflow/cron.php"

so is it running?? in the notifications on itflow it says cron.php successfully executed. but I've seen in the forum about generating a cron key to use on the cron job and setting various crons for sending tickets very minute and invoices daily etc, but i don't have any of that??

when i goto settings>update it sets that i am on the latest version

How exactly did you setup Cron? What is the exact command it's running?
