wrongecho Thanks for flagging. Able to reproduce on the demo. Assume this has been broken since custom statuses were added. Need to adjust the logic that checks if a ticket is closed when merging.
wrongecho @E-werd Code itself looks fine and I can't reproduce this on the demo (seems the only reason I could was somebody reduced the next ticket numbering causing conflicts)? - Are you trying to merge tickets between different clients? As that won't work.
