I have having an issue when uploading the CSV. when I include the IP column I get a bad column count error.
However when I remove the IP section it uploads with no issues.

Is there something I am missing? It seems to be on all assets

    Ryuujin did you download the "sample csv file" ?

    I don't see any IP column in that file.

    are we on the same page @Ryuujin ?

      I did download that csv file. You are correct in the fact that it doesn't have an IP section.
      However an export of the info does include an IP section. I attempted to use the export CSV and also editing the Sample CSV with the same field as the exported CSV.
      Do you know of any other way to add the IP? I have about 2,000 devices I am trying to import.
      I am able to upload them I just get bad column count when trying to upload with IP and I have to remove the IP field from the csv

        As far as I am aware, the IP address of an asset is neither available for import/export in the current version. It's possible that IP address was exported in a previous version but it was removed since we added the ability to have multiple interfaces and still needs to be added back.

        The currently available columns are: 'Name', 'Description', 'Type', 'Make', 'Model', 'Serial Number', 'Operating System', 'Purchase Date', 'Warranty Expire', 'Install Date', 'Assigned To', 'Location', 'Notes'
