This would be an amazing feature as TacticalRMM is the top open-source/free RMM software. Fits perfectly with FOSS Software

I do this with N8N, sync clients, sites, and assets. Liked the ideia of creating tickets, now that we have webhooks on trmm will be easy to do it.

here is the workflow that I shared while ago: GitHub - ssteeltm/trmm_sync_itflow

I'll see a time later to update it with the one I'm using now, more complete.

hugo would be awesome if you could update the Github. I`m testing with the current release and seems a bit buggy sometimes. If you publish the update ill go from there and see if i can polish it any further (and do PR)

Can you just provide a little more information about the "I do this with N8N…" What do you mean by that? Did you spin up an instance of N8N? Or is that baked into TacticalRMM? Is the json file in that github repository just imported into TacticalRMM somewhere? Or do I need to deploy an instance of N8N?

N8N seems pretty cool! Kinda like the glue / automation platform that ties different APIs together.

It might be good for us to provide some examples in this format as well as PS. I did look into doing this with Zapier before but ultimately decided against it.
