Cron Email to Ticket Parsing not working

I assume this isn't able to be fixed?

I see the other thread I was following is to old to post my reply

I've been keeping my instance of itflow updated and hosted in hopes the email will start working again like it had for months.. but after testing it just now and seeing the other threads on this subject, I can only assume this isn't something you all know how to fix?

I love the idea of the itflow script, and I'm likely going to use it as my own project system. I've had to setup another helpdesk/ticket system because that's what I need.

Is there anything I can offer to help with this, I can create accounts to test if that helps

As far as I'm aware the email parser is working, it was just a bumpy ride with dependencies.

If you disable cron and manually run the script, you should get some errors you can share here.

Also, we temporarily added the old email parser back to ensure there was no downtime for people: legacy_cron_ticket_email_parser.php

Don't want to hijack anyones thread, however I just set it up using IMAP on a G-suite account using app-password.

Running the mailparser manually:

php cron_ticket_email_parser.php [my-domainkey]

"Failed to process email - flagging for manual review.Failed to process email - flagging for manual review.Failed to process email - flagging for manual review."

Running Ubuntu 22.04 but upgraded PHP to 8.3 using other resources on this forum (thx)

Would be preferable for you to create your own thread in future.

Sounds like the email parser Cron script is running and able to connect to the mailbox. Is the sender address created as a contact in ITFlow?

Created a contact (alerts from an RMM ssystem) for the emails currently in the inbox and unread, but only had 1 of the emails imported as a ticket.

Mailparser output:

Marking this resolved ITFlow script was not creating the ITFlow folder like it should. This would only affect newer instances
