Perhaps not a bug, but.....
Selected several tickets from the Tickets view, and through the Bulk Action i changed them to "Resolve".
They are now marked "Closed" (after 72h.) but they are still visible in the "open" view.
I see tickets in the Closed view, but not the ones I bulk-resolved and later became closed after 72 h.
They are all still presnt in the Open view.
I don't see any closed tickets in the "open tickets" view on the demo system.
Am I doing something wrong?
