Feature Request: Send Unpaid Invoice Reminder

If I'm not mistaken, I understand that invoices already do this after 30 days, however I have shorter credit windows for some clients… You know how that goes.

I hate sending out emails to nudge a client that they haven't paid maintenance. I'd like to either set a custom range for payment due dates on invoices as well as have the ability to "remind" someone of an outstanding invoice. For some clients they are considered late after 7 days, some after 15 -- so on so forth.

You can set payment terms per client under Client > Billing. 7, 15, 30, etc.

what do you mean with "remind", sending an email?

Say an invoice was sent on the first of the month. Now it's the 15th, and I'd like to send a reminder out for that invoice. After some further digging, it seems I always have the option to "send" the invoice again, so I would assume that might just solve my problem.

However when I tried to set a client net terms to On Receipt, it saves, but then just goes back to saying 30 days. I also reproduced this on the demo site.

matth so by "reminder" you mean sending email, correct?

I'm totally with you.. i think that reminder emails should be sent out at the amount of days set in the net terms

and not flat 30 days

Bigbug Correct, an email reminder that just states that an existing invoice has been sent but has not yet been paid, or something along those lines.

Yeah, this would be nice as i have been doing it by hand. We don't offer any net on customers that are not on a Monthly service.
