A small but effective feature that I think is important for Quotes is the ability to separate monthly services from upfront equipment/fees etc.
Its quite normal in the telco industry and IT industry where your going to have recurring monthly fees / services and on top of that selling equipment upfront. Being able to clearly distinguish these in a more formal manner would be really nice.
Customers want to know what your solution your quoting is going to cost them every monthly separately to what your going to charge them as an upfront fee
