wrongecho Thanks. The fact it doesn't generate any logs is odd.. What happens if you go to the main calendar view and add an event for the client that way? Home > Calendar > New Event > Attendees > MRO
abudabou I have to go out now for a job, when I got to the main menu and calendar, this is what I see I have added 1 named SLA a few months back, it seems I can't delete it. I will try to see more in a couple of hours that I will be back
abudabou When I go the path you say, I only see the screen I have posted above. Question, would it help if I make a new vm, clean, ubuntu 24.04.1 and clean install itflow and restore a backup there?
wrongecho abudabou It's difficult to understand how this is broken. This definitely happens for all users, different browsers, etc? Migrating to a new install is definitely an option that might help.
abudabou wrongecho I get this issue to only 1 client, all other clients it works. yes, it happens no matter what browser I use
johnny Hey @abudabou see this thread seems like a similar issue from the post below, they increased their PHP Memory size limit and it fixed the issue, please try that and we'll see what happens. Also to verify it increased go to the debug page admin > debug this will tell you the current limit https://forum.itflow.org/d/743-php-memory-limit-override-calendar-disappears-paginate-calendar-monthes/17
abudabou wrongecho yeah I did that but no effect, I reboot the LXC as well just in case. So I am making a new VM this time, ubuntu 24.04.1 and I will try to transfer it there. Does the install script include email parsing or do I need to install it extra? Right now all I did on the new vm is to fully update it and install qemu-guest-agent
wrongecho abudabou Update your database. Install on the new instance via the script and then copy across the uploads folder. Import the database over the top. You'll have to adjust the Cron keys as the installer will generate a new Cron key that won't match your old database.
