So, I finally got email parsing and outbound email through IMAP working. However, I see "1" for tickets, but when I click the "tickets" section from the primary dashboard, nothing shows. I have to drill down the client that has the ticket, is this expected behavior?
The other issue I have is I made a project, then assigned it to a client. I see "Project(1)", but when I click, nothing shows. It's not in archived or closed, either. When I go to that client, there is no project section.
Sorry if this is just me using the service wrong.
