johnny Hi Johnny, thanks for the update. I would suggest employing the CalDAV standard for IT Flow's calendar, it's very robust and full of options, such as when you edit a recurring event, you can choose this one specifically, this one plus all future, or all events in series.
This would also greatly assist with compatibility, so that in future you could possibly attach your IT Flow CalDAV calendar to a third party email program and have it update when you make a change on IT Flow or vice versa.
Just on the note that I can use recurring tickets to accomplish what I need, this calendar is so that I can, at a glance, see automated events happening on my equipment. They're not tasks that I need to intervene with.
