It would be cool if we could select certain ticket templates to make them available in the client portal. Example, new user request

Hello again,

Is it possible to allow our customers to use a ticket template we have made when they create a ticket from the client portal? I love the templates but it doesn't look like I can apply templates once they have raised a ticket.

Knew I'd seen this request before - merged 🙂

Added a note that this should be configuable per template and default to being hidden from clients, as you'll no doubt have internal templates you don't want them seeing.
