Migrating to ITFlow

It would be cool to have a script to aid in migrating to ITFlow from a comparable documentation, ticket, and/or invoicing system(s) to help companies make the switch to ITFlow. Maybe it would need to be 3 different ones, one for documentation (i.e. ITGlue), one for ticketing (i.e. Zendesk), one for financial/invoicing (i.e. BMS). At the very least a task checklist in sequential order.

millergregs if you're comfortable with any scripting language like PS, and familiar with the APIs of both systems you or anyone could start to build such a solution and share it with the community here, I think it would add great value to the itflow project

I could. I would just need to know the recommended order to populate the tables in the ITFlow db to account for dependencies and mitigate import errors. I am very new to ITFlow and just installed it the other day to start testing it for my processes.

millergregs I'd rather use the API instead of dealing directly with the database, as the schema is updated quite frequently and could break the migration tool or script.
