magixnetworks Oh I updated the logic for the client portal, not for guests. The newest update for the portal (when signed in) now shows the ticket prefix & number instead on the notification. I'll update the guest post handler too..
Soapbox: It's important to remember that initially there was no portal, guest view or ticket feedback at all. It might seem crazy to you that it gives the ID instead of the number, but many things here were initially built as the minimum viable product (MVP) and are then expanded as required. Please do continue to point out things you feel are genuinely lacking, because we probably knew this when we built them but they won't get expanded on unless people care 🙂
