Is it possible to setup an Alerting area under each client where for example you can setup an alert and receive an email when you need to replace a Battery for a UPS or when to renew a warranty etc?

    PhotonGeek I was thinking about this a time ago, I guess the path to do so would be "Automation Rules" to do this kind of stuff and More

    Can these things just email the ticket system? We have notifications when new tickets are raised.

      For some things you can not have it email a ticket.

      Is there a way under the Client > Documentation > have a similar field like domains and name it Alerts where you can enter an expiration date and it will show up in the Dashboard under and box named Alerts?

      Assets has a warranty expires field which triggers a notification.

      For things that use a fairly linear schedule (Like replacing UPS batteries or testing backups) I use recurring tickets.
