Unless you ran the full ITFlow install again, there's a decent chance your data is still there. I have no idea why your default reaction to an error would be to reinstall if you don't have a backup. If you can get into the container, see if you can dump the ITFlow database?
In terms of a new setup, is there a reason why you can't use the standard installer with Apache? We have users doing all sorts of crazy things with ITFlow, but less complexity is almost certainly better.
