  • Images not load in Documents

Hello.

I am migrating from ITGlue to ITflow and I wanted to comment on this small problem that has arisen.

I am copying the documents from ITGlue to ITflow and it copies OK, in ITFlow before saving the document it appears like this.

But after a few minutes when I want to open the document again the images of the documents appear like this.

I have cleared my browser's cache and cookies but the images are still the same.

I have noticed that this happens in all the documents that I have uploaded by copying and pasting from ITGlue.

Is there a way to solve this without having to upload the documents from ITGlue to ITFlow again?

Regards.

Hey @cjulca

Are you able to reproduce this on demo.itflow.org? Embedded images should work fine no matter the source.

Hi @wrongecho

Actually I trying again in my itflow enviroment and works.

It's a strange problem, I've tried again in my same browser and the images load

I'm now talking to some of my friends and they tell me that they still have the same problem with the images

17 days later

Hello, I am having the same issue. But its not consistent. From 3 computers in chrome and edge it does not load. From a fourth computer it does load. The thing is, one of the three computers showing the issue its a brand new build with nothing but chrome installed. Here is the error from the developer console:

tinymce.min.js:385 TinyMCE is running in evaluation mode. Provide a valid license key or add license_key: 'gpl' to the init config to agree to the open source license terms. Read more at https://www.tiny.cloud/license-key/

Instead of loading the image it displays this:

To answer @cjulca question, for myself, I can not cause it to happen on demo.itflow.org.

Maybe image loading is disabled in your browser

    jimakeson

So this looks like you've not actually copied the image into ITFlow, but the embed code. You're trying to pull them in from the S3 bucket associated with where ever you copied the text from.

    X-Amx-Algorithm=AWS

That image isn't loading because either the AWS S3 link expired or they're preventing hot linking. I think you're gonna need to actually copy/download the image itself and then place it into the ITFlow document.
