I recently installed the system using a script and have successfully configured the mail settings. However, when I tried sending a test email from the server, it got stuck in the queue. I was able to resolve this by setting up the correct cron job.

Despite that, I'm still facing an issue: when I send an email to support@mycompany, nothing happens, even though I have enabled email fetch. Can anyone assist with troubleshooting this issue?

wrongecho thank you, that fixed the problem. Now I have 400 tickets 🙈, is there a way to bulk delete them.

Also I would like to know if I can customize the email templates

The main tickets view lets you select multiple tickets at once to resolve (bulk actions). You can adjust how many items are shown at once in the bottom left of any page (some pages currently struggle showing 100/500 objects though). Mark the close note as internal to avoid sending 400 resolution emails.

Email templates cannot currently be customised, but it's on the roadmap.

    wrongecho thank you for your quick response. I have one more question, I change the company logo, on the sign in page the logo is very bug despite using small dimensions. I tried to remove the logo but there's no option!

      I think you have to replace the logo, there is currently no option to delete.

      My logo dimensions are 500x200, the logo is displayed correctly.
