When I am done with a job, I mark the invoice as paid in the portal and send it, does the portal actually mark the invoice as paid on the invoice or does it just show 0.00 balance? Is there anyway to add a Paid in full stamp to it?

smcs I believe it would change the status from Draft to Paid from what i remember, when i`ve done some tests a while ago.

Either way, you can view the invoice as guest url, and you should see the Paid status as well the balance on 0.00 instead of Due balance.

Email will be sent to user after payment successful with the payment details too.

Perfect, by using the guest url I can see the paid banner on top. That is perfect, thanks for the info.
