Breaking Changes

Cron scripts have officially been moved to the /scripts folder and are no longer in the root directory; they must be updated to function properly

Fixed

Migrated several reports to the new permissions/roles system
Resolved issue with empty task box showing for closed/resolved tickets
Corrected ticket priority sorting
Cloned asset interfaces when transferring assets between clients

Added / Changed

Restored max number of records per page option back to 500 since we dont have repeating modals.
Bulk Categorize Tickets feature
Renamed "Interface port" to "Interface Description." "Interface Name" should now refer to port name and/or number
Changed "Transfer Asset to Client" from a single action to a bulk action
Updated Filter Footer UI to show "Showing x to x of x records" instead of just the total records
Added Client Overview section to view client assets, contacts, licenses, credentials, etc.
Introduced Quick Peek for asset details, contact information, and document viewing throughout the ITFlow App, all made possible by AJAX
Enabled Simple Drag-and-Drop Ordering for Invoices, Recurring Invoices, Quotes, Ticket Tasks, and Ticket Template Tasks
Added new Ticket View options: Kanban and Simple View
Migrated all repeating modals to the new AJAX modal function for faster loading times and quicker development
Allowed clients to upload PDF documents to accepted quotes
Client Portal now shows ticket category
Custom links can now be added to the Client Portal navbar
Lots of little tweaks to UI, performance, bugs, etc.

Just noticed, the contact link from clients.php is broken. When clicking on contact this will go to: /client_contact_details.php?client_id=6&contact_id=11 instead to go to: contact_details.php?client_id=1&contact_id=1 (as accessed within client/contacts section)

also, probabbly not due to new updates, but i think this was missed previously, would be handy to have the expiry domains card from the main dashboard to show /domains.php?&sort=domain_expire&order=ASC where the ones expiring will show top of the list and same for the certificates which is not linkable now, to go to: certificates.php?&sort=certificate_expire&order=ASC

Hey @aftechro Thanks for the heads up we updated the links and added sort domain and cert by. Please let us know if there is anything else you spot before we attempt a minor release. You can check our dev commits to see what was fixed so far: itflow-org/itflowcommits/develop/

johnny the clients auto generated abbreviation doesn't show up on top of the side nav in client view

Clicking a contact shows the linked assets and credentials, however when clicking the credentials tab it does not load.

Jambery This is known and is fixed will be in the upcoming maint release

In Client Overview under Upcoming Expirations if I select a date range from the drop down which has no entries the entire box disappears and I can't change it back without going out of the page and back in (Refresh does not bring it back)

Not sure if this started in 25.02 or not. Only stumbled upon it when my mouse moved a little far and hit the wrong option in the drop down 😛

Not sure if it's a 25.02 thing but link to documentation entities are not working. When clicking on any of those pop up links, Asset, License, etc. nothing happens

JoeV The WIP is Work in Progress, I don't believe they are meant to do anything yet and are just placeholders for a future update.

Is anyone noticing a lag in updates? I'm usually pretty consistently checking for updates whenever I'm in the system to stay on top of them. I came into my system today and found 4 weeks of updates.

athornfam2 Now that ITFlow is in Stable release they are only going to release updates once a month.

athornfam2 as ITFlow is constantly evolving, it's a good idea to check in here on the forum at least once a week

Also make sure you've modified your crontab as the cron scripts were moved into the /scripts dir
