Sorry if I'm just missing the documentation if it is out there but I keep seeing posts about integrating TacticalRMM into ITFlow, can anyone point me in the direction of something on how this could be set up? thanks in advance

tomtom You can use TRMM's automation manager to schedule the example scripts linked above. I have PCs scheduled to update assets in ITFlow daily. I even have network devices being documented. When the password API is built I'll automate bitlocker key documenting.

If you have questions or suggestions on specific integrations or automation let me know. I'm currently working on warranty reporting, but I'm having trouble finding a good data source.

Hey. There is no direct integration with TRMM. That was something we initially trialed but removed.

What you're probably seeing is people using the API to sync data between the two.

jacksun Yes, I implemented it a few months ago, but at the time Kelvin's API either wasn't working at all or was getting to many requests. I haven't tested it since then. I found another option that is fairly cheap , but I have not looked into it any further. The "optional addon" can be purchased as a stand alone product according to the developer in a reddit post I can't find now.

Yeah as Johnny said, I think it's better long term to have an API that allows integration with any other tool when possible. This means we're not tied to a particular third party.

Obviously there are currently exceptions to this with Stripe /AAD login, but we wanted these to be turnkey integrations.

We already have many community built scripts that work very well with TRMM and ITFlow below

Yo are welcome to submit pull requests to add further Integration and suggestions are great too. We would be glad to hear them and possibly implement them

I have my TRMM synced with ITFlow by using N8N/trmm api/ itflow api.
Every 5 minutes it checks for updates on the items I want to check and sync, like new device/ description / ip/ …

It works nice!

hugo I got this going but it only syncs 1 site from TRMM to ITFLOW… I am new to anything API any tips or am I missing something?
