What are all of you using in its place?
I have SSO setup so that users can submit tickets, but that is a bit tedious to setup contacts for every person at the company or forcing the office manager to put in tickets on behalf of everyone.
Just being able to email servicedesk@company.com would be much easier and efficient.
Not too mention all the other functionality with automated emailing I am missing out on.
