Carriage Return and Line Feeds showing in Ticket email

My client (using Outlook) sees the codes for carriage return and new line in the Ticket email. Is this fixable by editing the conf file or is it baked in?

Did you remove it from the AppleID account prior to erasing?

Hey @johnny

This is not fixed. I think @haywooj meant that replies to tickets are showing with \r\n in the email client, not that tickets raised via email show these in the portal.

Can we add back nullable_htmlentities and strip_tags to cron_ticket_email_parser.php and adjust post.php add_ticket_reply instead?

@johnny - Not too sure what broke this. I guess it was the change from Summernote to TinyMCE but the reply HTML looks perfectly fine before it's sent - can't see what's making the line breaks show.

Would you mind checking when you get a moment, please? 🙂
