dhjdog Hello again, Is it possible to allow our customers to use a ticket template we have made when they create a ticket from the client portal? I love the templates but it doesn't look like I can apply templates once they have raised a ticket. Cheers!

wrongecho Knew I'd seen this request before - merged 🙂 Added a note that this should be configuable per template and default to being hidden from clients, as you'll no doubt have internal templates you don't want them seeing.
