  • Customer portal with visible dates

I have already had 2 independent clients contact me asking if it would be possible to add a visible date (opening/closing) for the ticket in the overview. This would help with transparency - what and when

I just don't know where we'd put the dates. The client portal ticket UI is already getting a bit full with showing the category, technician, tasks, etc and the more you add, the more confusing it makes the portal to use for users. Open to suggestions.

    This is what the end user would actually see on the ticket itself at the moment, adding the opened/resolved/closed dates in here makes it far too cluttered for my liking. Open to suggestions on how to reorganise this
