Feature Request - Date/Time in ticket posts

Hello,

I would like to request a feature that shows the date/time of each post in a ticket instead of "Just Now", "1 day ago", etc.

I know you can hover over it to see the date/time, but I think it would be more helpful to just have it displayed. Maybe a configurable option?

when it is just '1 day ago' i usually still remember that day… 🤣

But when it comes to weeks or even months ago and especially when you're on a mobile device where there is no hover, you're cooked.

Lol I remember the day too. But knowing the actual time of day and date is helpful without having to hover over it. Especially if you're having a very busy day and need to be able to see things at a glance.
