I've been working around ITFlow's current limitation of not supporting subcategories by creating nested category names using a delimiter — for example:
While experimenting with this structure, I created a number of categories that I later decided to archive. However, I've noticed a couple of issues:
Archived categories are not showing up in the Archive section.
When I navigate to the archived categories list, none of the ones I've archived are visible:
Archived categories still appear in the ticket module.
Even after archiving, these categories are still visible in the ticket module:
This seems like it could be a bug or possibly an incomplete implementation of the archive feature. Let me know if there's a workaround, or if this behavior is expected for now.
