I had thought about that, but in theory they should automagically close after the prescribed time has passed…
The one blocker I found (and was resolved) was closing projects. You couldn't close a project until all linked tickets were themselves closed.
Have you found any other place or places in ITFlow that won't allow you to do "x" if a ticket is resolved vs closed?

Do resolved tickets count in the Reports / Tickets by Client - Tickets resolved? Or is that column only looking at closed tickets?
That would be the only other place I can think resolved vs closed would be.
