Cron.php is the "everything" script that needs to run daily at 2/3 AM.
The ticket email parser just does tickets, so needs to run every minute/few mins.
I just wanted to check if either of them are running successfully to work out whether this is an issue with the Cron job running at all (which it sounds like), or specifically an issue with the email parser.
Note that you can check if Cron is running in Settings > Audit Logs, but logs from cPanel work too!
