Payment form not appearing after upgrade to v25.06 - Stripe integration issue

Hi all,

I'm experiencing an issue with Stripe payment integration after upgrading from v25.03 to v25.06.

Working Setup (v25.03):

Stripe integration was functioning correctly with sandbox environment
Test transactions completed successfully
Payment form displayed properly when clicking "Pay Invoice"

Issue After Upgrade (v25.06):

Upgraded to v25.06 and switched from Stripe sandbox to live environment
Updated Stripe Publishable Key and Secret Key to match live credentials
Payment form no longer appears after clicking "Pay Invoice"
Stripe Dashboard shows transactions are created with "Incomplete" status

Troubleshooting Attempted:

Reverted to sandbox setup with original sandbox keys
Same issue persists - payment form still doesn't appear
Transactions continue to show as "Incomplete" in Stripe Dashboard

Questions:

Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with v25.06?
Are there specific logs I can check to debug why the payment form isn't loading?
Any suggested debugging steps for this issue?

I'd prefer not to revert to v25.03 as I've made other changes and updated tickets since the upgrade.

Any help would be appreciated!

itmunky have you gone thru the basics? Clearing cache try with different devices etc..

I remember I had the same issue after playing around with the firewall. Have you made any changes to your firewall?

@Bigbug - Of course I haven't tried the basics! I'm a tech, remember? Why would I waste time with simple solutions when I can dive straight into the deep end and start questioning the fabric of reality itself? 😅

But yes, you're absolutely right - InPrivate window works perfectly. 🤦‍♂️

Thanks for the reality check! Sometimes we need someone to remind us that the simplest explanation is usually the right one. Cache cleared, problem solved, dignity slightly bruised but intact.

@Bigbug - haha busted! yeah you got me, i asked claude to help make it sound less like "angry tech screaming into the void" and more like "slightly embarrassed but grateful tech"

guess theres no hiding from someone who knows what to look for. your chatgpt instructions are solid though, might steal some of those tips. the em dash thing is weirdly specific but now that you mention it i see it everywhere in ai responses

anyway thanks for the cache reminder and the ai detection masterclass. back to manually typing my own shame responses from now on

honestly i'm not much of a writer and definitely not funny so claude helps me not sound like a robot when i'm trying to be human. ironic really

itmunky I use AI as well especially for long stuff. but i get itchy when things sound too robotic….
