aftechro concept: Global Search + Action Bar, would be summoned on page with something like ctrl + k. Start typing and a list of results and or actions show.
eg: ctrl + k -> popup search thing -> start typing 'create customer' and on a enter/return the top most result takes action (open a ticket, invoice, create a customer, ticket, etc whatever)
