mm-itflow-id redrose-charlie - the smtp service above works fine and I receive test emails. I would like to test IMAP when I send email from external address to support@domain email address I do not get it into unassigned ticket queue.
wrongecho There isn't currently a way to properly test for IMAP, we should just remove the button. All the IMAP is done via cron so it will just retry once a minute or so anyway.
