digibandit I said what i said, and haven't a clue… API something or other for working on tickets would be nice.
johnny I still want to understand how this happened, Where the closed_at is set but the status remains Open. In the next stable release for 25.07 a delete option has been implemented.
johnny Actually looking at the comments I think I see how it may have happend the ticket was reopened by the guest url but the closed_at field was never set to NULL let me look into this further
