If checking a contact as the primary sends them everything, is there a way to set a contact on quotes and invoices so that I can ensure they go to the correct person?
Eg: Company of 50 employees, two departments: Operations and Warehouse, nether wants the invoices, quotes etc from the other, and if i start emailing them to each other they will eat my soul as I am wasting their time on things they do not (or should not) need to see.
A 'simple' change contact button to override per quote/invoice would be ideal, with the default being the main point of contact (or whatever have you.)
