Assign ticket - Forbidden

I got a ticket from a guest, when I tried to edit it and assign it to an agent I got this error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

However, when I selected the ticket from the ticket page and click on Bulk action > Assign Tech it worked

I tried on the demo site "https://demo.itflow.org/agent/ticket.php?ticket_id=1811" and tried to assign an agent by edit the ticket but nothing happened - in my case I have been redirected to Forbidden page.

Yeah your right edit ticket doesnt appear to work when trying to reassign.

But if you click on tech

Then an modal will pop up with the ability to reassign.

We will be removing the edit ticket button eventually as we have micro windows that do that now.

johnny Or keep the edit ticket button and have it be a combination of all available editable ticket options?
