Watcher email display issues

Hello

Noticed two small issues:

When adding someone as a watcher, the ticket notification email shows watcher recipients in the To field by their email address instead of their name.

Also, the “Guest link” in that email shows the full URL instead of a clickable hyperlink.

Hope this can be fixed in the next update!

We don't hold the names for watchers, only the email, so not sure what we can do about that.

Hyperlink is a good idea.

wrongecho In the Client Portal activation email, the To field does show the recipient’s name instead of their email address.

So maybe the same could be applied too?

So when you add a contact, you enter a name and email.

When you add a watcher, you enter an email. Where see we supposed to get the name from?

What if, when adding an internal or external watcher, you could enter the name as

"Wrongecho <wrongecho at itflow dot org>" (no quotes, email address correctly of course).

If the watcher is already a contact, pull the name from the contact list.
