Incorrect link to tickets in email notifications

I'm having an issue where all email notifications to techs for new tickets and ticket updates contain a link to the ticket that is incorrect. I am running ITFlow using Docker if that makes a difference. The level of customization I've done has been minor.

The format of the URL I'm receiving in email is like this (resulting in a 404 not found):
https://example.com/ticket.php?ticket_id=11

Manually navigating to the ticket results in a URL like this:
https://example.com/user/ticket.php?ticket_id=11

I can see that the only difference is the "user" subdirectory, but I'm not sure why my configuration would be different than default.

Any advice?

What app version are you on (Admin Settings > Update)?

The level of customization I've done has been minor.

What do you mean by "customisation"?

I'm on app version 25.09.1. As for customization, I mean that I've just done the site branding and configuration found in that Admin area and have not changed anything by directly editing configuration files.

Yes, I think I'm behind a month or two. I try to stay up to date, but the Docker method for ITFlow still seems like it's still in "beta" and the last update was catastrophic at best. I've been planning to add a test ITFlow environment that I update first before production. At least I have proper backups this time around. That part was all on me.

I'll get up to the current version and see if that changes anything. Thanks for the input.

Now running on ITFlow version 25.11 and the URLs for the tickets in the emails are still incorrect.

Hi @shanson

I was assuming the issue here was cron but I guess these tickets come from the client portal. The URL for that bit of code was indeed wrong. This will be corrected in the upcoming maintenance release.
