Certainly wanted to chime in on this one and say thank you. The idea of everyone sees everyone was definitely a big security vulnerability for companies dealing with varying clients and not wanting to share their credentials with every one of our employees.
Some possible future thoughts moving forward. Currently it uses a "tags" based format. I'm grateful for it so don't get me wrong here. That said, we expect to have hundreds of clients in that list. If we want a employee to have access to all except for one or two, we'd have to go back and one at a time select each company to add them to the tag list.
A more seamless experience would be a scrollable list of [ ] Client Names select box like you have now but with checkboxes and buttons like this to quickly isolate clients when a business has a hundred or hundreds of clients
[ Select All ] [ Select None ] Search [ ajax search ]
[ ] Client Name 1
[ ] Client Name 2
[ ] Client Name 3
….
[ ] Client Name 100
As I've said I'm just grateful we have the capability but this would put the finishing touches on the UI in my eyes.
