This is gunna get some use!!
Would be nice if we could reference these things on tickets somehow. Like, to log a phone call regarding a ticket, we enter it here and select a ticket and a note shows on the ticket? Shall I make a feature request? Also, API for this would be amazing, as then my PBX could log calls (would be nice to have a duration field for tracking time, if associated to a ticket could charge/invoice for it.)
