I would also like that if we create a recurring ticket to have a list of tasks to check off in a particular order.
i.e.
The ticket would be to Restart Server A
Tasks would include
A. Verify shared files are disconnected
B. Verify remote clients are logged off and not just disconnected.
C. Verify Backup is in place
D. Restart Server
E. Log back into Server
F. Verify critical services started.
At each check box have the option for a note. i.e. if someone were still logged in you could notate that John Doe was forcibly logged off and that would get attached to the ticket.
