IMAP Configuration Stopped Working

My IMAP configuration stopped working and is now giving a broken connection error. I have tested the configuration through another IMAP tester and it does work. I am fully updated and the cron is running properly. Is there anything else I can do to troubleshoot?

These are what I have set. From the release notes and docs this still looks correct? I have also restarted cron and rebooted the system entirely. Thanks

What do you get when you grep syslog for itflow-imap?

wrongecho Connection failed. Here is the successful connection showing there is no issue with the credentials. The credentials were working for a month up until about 8 hours ago.

Are you running the tool in the second screenshot from the server hosting ITFlow? If not, it'd be good to verify outbound connectivity to the imap host on port 993.

wrongecho It looks like the port is accessible but there may be an SSL issue? I'm not sure where to go from here.

Also try this go back to your mail server settings and click save for both IMAP and SMTP then try again

johnny Thank you for this answer. Changed CRONs, but everything was still stuck in queue. Resaving all the settings fixed my problem. 🙂

I'm not sure why you're getting an error for that, I've tried on both WSL and a real Ubuntu box and it connects OK and just waits. This might be your issue.

I would recommend updating and upgrading all packages and seeing what happens after a reboot.

Not sure what the issue was but everything seems to be working again. Temporary lapse on Google's side? Thank you all for helping.

It appears like it is now pulling the tickets, but they are not allowing me to open them. They are fully populated in the database and replies are also going to the correct tickets with no issues. This seems to only affect new email tickets. Thanks
