I’ve successfully configured our server to use Microsoft OAuth and things are mostly working:
However, I’m running into two issues:
Quotes/Proposals:
When I try to send a quote/proposal, the Send button is disabled. The only option I get is “Mark as sent”—I can’t actually click Send.
Ticket Public Comment & Email:
Inside tickets, the Public Comment & Email function doesn’t seem to work either. No emails are being sent from there.
Is there an additional setting I’m missing—either in ITFlow itself or related to the Microsoft OAuth configuration—that specifically affects quotes/proposals and ticket email replies?
Any guidance or screenshots of a working configuration would be greatly appreciated.
