unable to send emails to guest to a ticket reply

I have noticed that i dont have the ability to choose email and public note on guest tickets

any way to fix this?

Add a contact with a valid email address?

I suppose you could, leads work 95% like clients.

The ticket needs a client to have a contact, and it needs a contact with an email specified to actually send an email.
