Hi @johnny apologies for late reply, my ITFlow instance was down for the past few days and my colleague in France just managed to get it back up and running.
In the past 30 minutes I fiddled around with the settings and I finally found the navigation pathway to properly edit the contact and address record of the client. It was a bit confusing for me, I will document the workflow and put it up into the documentation this weekend if I am not too busy onboard another ship.
If it may be possible to submit some suggestions on the navigation, I will put it up for your consideration.
