Small MSP here in a very rural part of the US. Most of our clients refuse to adopt password standards or use a password management solution. Just rolled out IT Flow for ticketing purposes, and already getting calls and complaints about the randomized passwords we generated for our customers. I'm not seeing any way for a contact to log in and change their passwords. Is this a feature that will be implemented, or is there some quick workaround? I personally love IT Flow and can't wait to get more use out of it.
