I assume I mentioned the same issue here. am I right?
My scenario: I have only 2 current users, one is the "Administrator" account and other one is a "Test" user which is disabled. but somehow my name actually shows up only there - the "Not Assigned" link outside the ticket - twice, and not in the ticket.
(first I thought that they were archived users, but now I test it out and figured that it's not the case.)
