Has anyone tied to send ticket alerts to a teams channel?
I can send the SMTP test to the teams channel it works with out any issues. But once a ticket is raised, in the Email Queue it tells me the email was sent. However it never shows up in the teams channel. Was just wondering if there are more logs somewhere I can look at to see if I can determine what's going on or if anyone else has tried this method of ticket alerts?
