I cant see to replicate, are you able to replicate this on the demo.itflow.org

also maybe try clearing your browser cache. see if that helps any

you should be able to copy and paste an image directly in your post or click on the icon on the bottom left looks like a file with an up arrow

I see that is weird, and your saying its random? doesn't appear to be reproduceable every time

No I see it appears to be reproducible each every time with that ticket

ill take a look further

i see that once you do any action in the ticket like; responding, re-assigning etc. then the full editor pops back

okay it looks like the new Roundtonearest15 function broke if there was no time worked causing php to stop
