Required Fields Empty on Set Up

The Country, Language, Currency, etc. dropdown fields required on the Compay setup page are empty. Unable to select or add the required information to complete setup.

Issue happens on both Ubuntu 22.04 and Debian 12 fresh installs
Using the script method, BUT, if I use the supplied command, the script does not prompt for the FQDN. I am downloading the script, and executing it manually to work around this.
Of the required fields, only Time Zone is populated with selectable options, the rest are blank - Country , Language, and Currency have no options.

First off - AMAZING SUPPORT!!!

Setup page issue is resolved. I was able to complete the setup and login successfully. All fields populated, and I tested to make sure it prompted if you did not select a required field - all good.

BUT…when running wget -O -https://github.com/itflow-org/itflow-install-script/raw/main/itflow_install.sh| bash, it still did not prompt for the FQDN. My workaround was to download the script, chmod +x on the script, and then it ran without issue and prompted for the FQDN.
